  Great birthday party place for kids! Everything was awesome except I ordered a sheet cake and they ran out... ended up with 2 round cakes instead. Better than no cake but not what I ordered.

  Fun place and usually pretty clean. Food is tasty and servers are friendly. Good cost to ticket ratio and plenty of items to choose from with your tickets.

  I had my daughters 2nd birthday party here last weekend. It was awful. I could never find my party host and when I did she never knew the answer to my questions. It took such a long time to get our tokens when we got there. She never gave us the princess tiara and cape that was included in the package. I had to ask for it from the ticket redeem counter. She would stand around and not do anything then when the kids would run off and play then she would ask if I could go find them all to come do cake or to eat. We didn't do the ticket blaster till about 15 minutes after the party was scheduled to end so no one saw her do it. Chuck E. Cheese called me to inquire about my bad experience and offered a coupon for free food, which I didn't want because I will not be returning. To make it worse they informed me the store manager was my party host. This place is a joke!

  Pizza is ok. Nothing on the menu for kids with allergies. No ball pit. No animatronic band. Not as good as I remembered as a kid.
