  By far the worst customer service I have ever seen I my life and I have spent over 30 years in restaurant management. I have ordered pizzas from here before and they have been good. Tonight I ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni and garlic, like I have before. Unfortunately the kitchen put WAY to much garlic on this one. No problem and reputable restaurant stands behind there food. Well not Charlie Foxes. I was told by the " part owner" that it was my fault for ordering garlic on the pizza and he would NOT replace it. I have never heard of any manager not even interested in making a mistake right. DON'T order from these folks, if you do " it will be your fault" just ask the owner.

  I called Tuesday 6:26pm a man pickup the phone and put me on hold i tried 3times and he did that again and again he don't even bother to ask "can I put on hold" very ride and bad customer service. 2 thumbs down
